About me

I provide a safe, quiet, confidential space to explore your concerns. I am interested in the ideas of Jung and Winnicott and how we may change and mature. I have many years experience with students in London higher education. I trained in the Tavistock and Portman clinic course "Understanding trauma: principles and practice (D18)". Patterns emerge in the therapeutic space and how these repeat may help us understand the dynamic of suffering in anxiety and depression.
