About me
I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist working with individuals and couples both in person and on line. I offer therapy to counsellors and psychotherapists in training.

I am currently offering low cost supervision to newly qualified psychotherapists and counsellors.

I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures and am interested in cross-cultural issues. My approach is flexible, taking into account the level at which you feel able to work at any particular time. The issues I work with include relationship difficulties, struggles with parenting and family life, overcoming childhood abuse and trauma, issues in the workplace and feeling stuck or unfulfilled in some area of your life.

I have undertaken a further specialised 2 year training in working with couples at the Tavistock and Portman and I am qualified as a BPC registered psychodynamic couples therapist. I worked for several years as a visiting clinician with the Parenting Service at Tavistock Relationships. I have contributed a chapter to a TR book "Couples as Parents" (2024, Routledge).

Whatever you bring to therapy, I aim to build a trusting relationship in which you feel able to bring issues you may not have talked about before. Over time, this will include your feelings -both positive and negative- about the therapy itself, which can shed light on your experience of relationships more generally.
