About me

I am a Qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist since 2010 and trained at WPF Therapy. I have a background of working within a range of NHS and Community Mental Health service roles prior to qualification. I adhere to the Code of Ethics of my Professional Standards Authority Register and have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
I work with adults and with a range of presenting issues that affect emotional, social and psychological well being and difficulties relating to oneself or others as well as diagnosed conditions such as Anxiety and Depression. Trained in the Psychodynamic model I also take an Attachment and Trauma informed approach.
