About me

I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a private practice in South London. I practice open-ended (long term) or time-limited (12 sessions) Therapy for individuals and I also work as a Relationship and Couples Therapist.
The Therapeutic process explores rooted problems and behavioural patterns repeated through life. It helps to expand awareness and self-knowledge so that you learn to recognise, understand and deal better with overwhelming feelings and thoughts.
In my practice I offer a calm, safe and confidential setting where we work together in finding ways of making more sense of your life experiences and developing a greater capacity to embrace your own life history, life’s events, difficulties and opportunities.
Psychotherapy allows you to gradually be more present, engaged with your life, relationships and create more meaningful changes and experiences in your life.
My clinical experience includes working with adults of different ages, gender, cultures and backgrounds, on various issues, difficulties and mental health struggles.
