About me

I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working from a Jungian perspective.
I offer a confidential and containing space for clients looking for someone to talk to when life feels tricky to navigate.
Together, we can look at coping with the everyday difficulties that are hard to understand and deal with, and also at times we can reflect on how events from the past that feel unresolved or hard to think about on one's own, may hold clues to feelings being experienced in the present.
I am available to meet in my comfortable, private room in Borough Hight Street or on Zoom if preferred.
