About me

I practice Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, a psychoanalytically informed, comprehensive, and integrative approach. Rather than simply addressing surface-level symptoms, we will explore the unconscious processes and early experiences that shape your current emotional and relational life. Instead of prescribing advice, I can help you discover your own answers.

I provide in-person, online and telephone sessions in English and Greek.

My office is located just a three-minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station, off a secluded private courtyard, in Quality Court. This is a historic building in the heart of London’s legal district, nestled quietly away from the hustle and bustle of the City. It offers discreet access whether you are a professional working in the area, or a resident of nearby areas. It is also within walking distance of Blackfriars, City ThamesLink, Farringdon and Temple Tube station.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I lived and worked across Europe and the Gulf, and I bring this rich experience into my practice. Having spent many years in the corporate world, I understand the impact of cultural, societal, and professional pressures on one’s sense of self.

I have subsequently re-trained at the British Psychotherapy Foundation and the WPF Therapy. I am now a full member of the British Psychoanalytic Council, the UK Council for Psychotherapy, the British Psychotherapy Foundation and the Foundation of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I worked as an Honorary Counsellor at the NHS, specifically with the Community Living Well service under the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. This role has provided me with valuable experience in delivering psychological therapies to a diverse client base, further enriching my practice.
