About me

I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with UKCP and FPC.
I offer a safe, confidential space for open-ended weekly therapy, both in-person and online. I am experienced in working with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, anger, abuse, low self-worth, issues relating to living with a disability and feelings of being ‘stuck’, either with a particular issue or relationship or more generally with not having a clear sense of direction or purpose.
I work within the Code of Ethics of my Professional Standards Authority Register and have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
